Heart-Shaped Molcajete

This is our molcajete de corazon made from real volcanic rocks in Nuevo Leon, MX.

how to cure molcajete:

• Add 1/4 cups of rice grains and using the molcajete handle start grinding the rice until it converts into a powder-like consistency.
• Brush away the rice powder-like.
• Add 4tbsp of whole salt grains and again using the molcajete handle grind salt until it’s in the same powder-like consistency.
• Brush away the salt powder-like.
• Finally wash with warm water and dish soap with a sponge, and enjoy.
